Bunker Hill Dog Training is a one stop training center.
My name is Tracy Regole, I began grooming and professional dog training in 1976 after years of training in various classes. I started training a German Shepherd Dog in obedience and competing in local shows and I was an assistant trainer at the kennel that offered my first classes. I then began teaching on my own in 1976 with Beginner, Novice, Open and Conformation Classes.
I have trained in numerous venues and titled my dogs in obedience with the American Kennel Club, the United Kennel Club and the Canadian Kennel Club. I have achieved conformation Championships with AKC, UKC and the IABCA, as well as Flyball Championship through North American Flyball Association. My dogs have competed and titled in AKC and UKC Rally, Herding Instinct, Schutzhund, Endurance, Trick Dog, etc.
I have judged for 4-H competitions in obedience and I am an AKC CGC/Star Puppy Evaluator. I previously worked part-time at an Emergency Animal Hospital taking care of victims of various trauma. My obedience training has covered most breeds of dogs from English Mastiffs and Newfoundlands to Chihuahuas and Yorkshire Terriers.
I have raised and shown award winning Australian Shepherds and have held membership in several organizations including:
Rock Valley Kennel Federation (President, Vice-President, Board), Northwest Obedience Club (Lifetime Member), Forest City Dog Training Club, National Dog Groomers Association of America, Australian Shepherd Club of America, US Australian Shepherd Assn., Antioch Kennel Club (Director of Training), Illini Doberman Pinscher Club (President, Secretary, Board), Northern Illinois Schutzhund Club (Secretary, Board), GSD Club of NW IL (Vice-President, Secretary, Board), Midwest Coursing Club, BC Boomerangs Flyball, Greater Chicagoland Basenji Club, Greater Chicagoland Papillon Club, Owner-Handler Association, etc.
I have been involved in rescue with ADOPT (Animals Deserving of Proper Treatment) in Northern Illinois and various breed rescues.
My grooming background covers most breeds of dogs, including mixed breeds. Showing my dogs in conformation requires an eye for proper grooming for show as well.
